Thanks for sharing. This is an excellent presentation and a healthy recipe too since wheat flour is used instead of maida. In Karnatake, we use maida nd lots of oil to knead the dough!

i find it very difficult to seal the edges.how can i improve?i am a keralite married to maharashtrian.want to master puranpoli

will like to suggest that first take small ball of puran and practice to seal the edges... once you are comfortable; then gradually you can increase the amount of puran... i am sure you will be master one day... best of luck... :)
