Lunar: SSSC -103- (True Power)

Laike has teleported us to Dyne's monument right outside of Burg -- Alex's and Dyne's birthplace. Laike tells us the story of how Althena wanted to share her powers with the world, and be able to live with humans in peace (as Luna). Dragonmaster Dyne sacrificed his powers to complete her wish. This happens to be the very motive for Ghaleon's evil ways, for his beliefs were different. Laike finally confesses his true identity; as Dyne. Although Alex had lost his Dragonmaster abilities after the fight against Ghaleon, the true power of the Dragonmaster resides in the sword impaled into this monument, which no one has ever been able to take out before.

Mia's voice actress sucks ass. She sounds weak and pedantic and monotone.

"The fortress of Althena appears to be sucking the very life out of the ground."

It's like she's talking about a bird that fell out of a nest outside her window, and she's sad for it. The emotional weight of her voice doesn't match the gravity of her lines.

I haven't heard the Japanese version, but I didn't think it was that bad. I think she sounds innocent. :3

She is better than most voice actors in games these days. This game has some incredible voice acting. I kind of think she is just taken back by awe.

@joshryker They intended her to sound shy and weak, since that's how she is throughout most of the game. Nall has the same voice actor and Nall always sounds enthusiastic.

I think she sounds deadpan and monotone, without any skill whatsoever. I'd guess she's the daughter or girlfriend of somebody who worked on the project. If this is seriously the best they could find, they didn't look very hard. The other voice actors are considerably more talented.
