  • Oh boy, going way back five months eh! Well to answer your question it's a ferromagnetic liquid. Basically it's a fine iron powder in an oil suspension and therefore can be manipulated with magnetism. And yes, you can make it yourself with thin oil and powdered magnetic ink.
