I created this video with photos and videos I took at the Occupation Party on October 15, 2011 and during my times spent at Occupy Wall Street in New York City. I paired it with Ani DiFranco's song "'Tis of Thee" which hauntingly echoes these times (I am incredibly grateful to have her blessing to use the song with this video).
It is created by all of us, for all of us. While at Occupy events, I have met well-informed, hard-working individuals of all colors, creeds, genders, sexual orientations, education, wealth, and political affiliations. We all know that something has gone awry in this great nation and want it fixed. This is America -- now. This is the change we have been waiting for -- we are the change.
