haha, yes, Roebling was German. I guess it wouldn't have been very authentic if the actor portrayed him speaking English with an American accent :-)

I think the speaker at the beginning has kind of german accent. Very funny :)

To be precise, he has a pasted on german accent. Exchange "and" with "und", mispronounce every single "th", and hey presto, german accent.

But I admit, I had a good laugh about the erection.
