Perkins, Ricky, age 26, of Middletown, went to be with the Lord at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born January 27, 1985 in Middletown, OH to Ricky Lee Perkins and Jane Ellen Fink. He was a delivery man for Dickerson Distribution for 8 years. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jane Ellen (Fink) Adkins; special cousin, Adam Terrell; maternal grandmother, Barbara Fink. Ricky is survived by his father, Rick (Marilyn) Perkins; grandparents, Philip (Colie) Perkins; maternal grandfather, Lonnie Fink; brothers, Justin (Elizabeth) Perkins, Michael Adkins, Cory Adkins; step-sister, Amber Zinck, fiancé, Alison Rouster; daughter to be born in December, Kamryn; Good friend, Brandon McKinney; good friend, T.J. Wright; uncle, Karl Perkins, Greg (Teri) Perkins; aunts, Vicki (Jamie) Shepherd, Kessi (Walter) Zicko, Patty (Jimmy) Nicely and many cousins and other family and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 3, 2011 from 9:30 am -- 1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will follow on Saturday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Carmondy officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
