Drugging our Children(1 of 13)

I have my own theory about what causes ADHD. I've know numerous people (including my younger brother) who have been diagnosed, and they all have one thing in common: they are extremely intelligent. Many of the classic symptoms of ADHD also happen when your normal human being is bored. Certainly that does not encompass the entire problem, but perhaps many of these children are simply bored in our pitiful excuses for schools.

There is nothing wrong with the worlds' children. There is something wrong with the mental health system. Love your kids, don't drug them.

@Axion444 I think it's to dumb the kids down so they can be controlled easily like you say

The idea that parents --brainwashed by years of tv "talk therapies" & "helping' rhetoric want "convenience" is not true. Met a couple working 2 jobs to make money to drug their kids. It was creepy, sad. They didn't want "convenience" they were brainwashed themselves into this way of thinking--the "Expert Cult" of the DSM, NO ONE is supposed to talk about the 'environmental" factors making pple this way for the past 50 years (problems in the society, the way the country was changed.)

@Axion444 Or perhaps through the years your family has been more of a athletic family. Just another observation..

You keep telling kids shit like, "Don't smoke weed, don't do crack, don't touch ex, etc etc etc", yet it is extremely hypocritical considering parents are willing to drug their kids up with random drugs they know absolutely nothing about because a doctor prescribed it to them without a word.
Kids at my school who had Ritalin often abused it or sold/gave some to others.

I agree with Axion.
I've found that most the people I've known who were diagnosed with ADHD are often quite intelligent individuals and/or extremely creative.
I remember once I was in a lineup in a store, and a mother was very loudly telling her 5-year-old kid "Aren't you happy I made you take the pills? Normally you'd be behaving like a brat and now you're so calm", and the kid just looked like he was fucked up like hell. Personally, I felt disgusted. There are better solutions.
I am awaiting permission from the director of this documentary before I upload any more. Save this in your favorites and frequently check my youtube page for the remainder of the film. Its a must see!!!
