I'm only 5'7 185. I always had been a good hitter in baseball. Im now 24 and its been trial and error with my softball swing. Hopefully this will help and the center fielder will tink twiceabout taking a couple steps in when I walk to the plate

@azpowerhitter Im with you man.Im only 6'2" but I go about 280.When I was younger I just relied on bat spead and strength.Now that im getin older 40 I still have the strenght but not as much the bat speed.I was getin frustraded cuz of the loss of distance,Once I got my ass back in it the swing what do you know.The mammoth shots were back.Good luck and keep it up big fella.

This video is amazing. I watched this video Tuesday night, and played in a softball game on Wednesday.
I did exactly what he said to do, fire the hips first, hold the hands back, then bring the hands forward.
I went 3 for 4 with a BB, HR, 2 2B, and a groundout.

I'm a big guy 6'5" 245 lbs and I say that because I did not realize that I had lazy habits in my swing. I'm big and hit real hard but relied on my size too much. after getting this and other improvements into my swing...wow what a difference. When i hit home-runs they are sometimes over 400 ft. in practice I hit at least 12 to 15 over the fence and at least 4 were over 400 ft. I never did that before.
