I'm A Catholic Priest - Ordination Extraordinary Form

"I'm a Catholic priest. I would like to take his place because he has a wife and children." These are St. Maximilian's last known words before he was marched off to die in place of a stranger. St. Maximilian is a perfect example of one fulfilling his call to the priesthood, in imitation of the High Priest, Jesus Christ Crucified.

In Tarquinia, Italy, five of our friars were ordained to the priesthood by Archbishop Burke in the Extraordinary Form in the beautiful ancient church of Saint Francis; our noviciate friary.

@HectorProtectorv ... what's wrong with joining the FSSP. Both the FSSP and the FFI's are a great order. You wouldn't want to join the FFI's if you didn't feel a call to the Franciscan charism.

The SSPX accepts the validity of the Sacraments according to the New Rite provided they are celebrated with the proper matter, form, and intention. I do not know what you mean in practice, as FSSP priests do not celebrate the Novus Ordo, along with their SSPX counterparts. The SSPX desires (as do the FSSP) the proper understanding of the Council documents, hence the current negotiations with the Holy See.
