4915 Spain St, Part 1

If you've never driven through this neighborhood, check it out. I think it's still a rather undiscovered gem of an area in New Orleans.

This vid shows the inside of a house for rent.

You enter the front door into very large living area. That's a coat closet door on the left; doorway after that leads into small hall with bathroom straight ahead and front bedroom to left, with large closet behind two folding doors.

Heading out of the bedroom, a furnished laundry area is across the hallway (behind folding doors).

Back to living area, turn left toward very large kitchen. (More cabinets might be added.)

Master bedroom is just off kitchen, with walk-in closet and private bathroom with linen closet. Go to Part 2 for peek out back door and tour from back door to front door.
