I use TCP when i have a bad spot, i'd say use it before bed though so it can soak in and then you can shower in the morning and make the smell go away cos lets face it TCP isn't a nice smell. I don't use it diluted just straight on the spot with a cotton bud :) it stings but that lets you know it's working :D

@thecommentmonster , 10% benzoyl peroxide doesn't work for everyone :P I used it on my skin once and WOW it was horribleeeee. The thing was WAY too strong it caused a bunch of little red dots on my face haha. lesson learned, i switched it down to about 2~5%
