Recently we shot a how to cook doves video for MSB members (learn more about the MSB at http://tinyurl.com/tsp-msb ) and when I got done with it I sat down to enjoy them, my good buddy Ralph pulled up a chair. I dearly love this old warrior cat that we took in off the streets 12 years ago, and despite bumming for food he is really well mannered at the table for a cat. So this is now our unofficial commercial for the Members Support Brigade.
Mostly we shot this little video just for fun. Those of you who are shocked that I would feed the cat and keep eating with the same hand, dude you are going to have a tough time if the SHTF! The music of course is A Country Boy Can Survive by Hank Williams Jr.

You know I am not sure why but doves are something that I only share with Ralph. The other cat and two dogs have been in on steak, venison, rabbit, squirrel, etc. I always share with my furry buds, they are family too. I tend to have something special with each animal though, for Ralph that is sharing doves. It says something about his status as senior furry family member. I really gotta love someone to share doves, oh none of them get any biltong, ever.
