They cannot continue the rally at all though it is a practice. It is different from Federer.

my goodness it seems like they can hardly keep up with his pace. this is ridiculous, just pure relentless power, its like playing against a rubber wall - harder you hit harder it comes back

They are Dutch players - professional ones. The one on the right is Robin Haase who has been out for about 1 year now because of knee injury. The other one is Thiemo de Bakker who was a Junior WB champ/No.1 Junior.
