Part 1:
Cellist Amit Peled has been a great friend of the Spencerville Evensong Concert Series, playing several solo concerts and one concert with selected students from his cello studio at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Peled has been described by the American Record Guide as "having the flair of the young Rostropovich." In this video, he gives a memorable account of the monumental Schelomo with conductor Hector Guzman and his Mexican orchestra Filarmonica de Jalisco at the Teatro Degollado Guadalajara, Mexico.
