Auburn vs. West Virginia - 9/19/2009 - Tigers Entering the Stadium

the game was orinially supposed to start at 6:45... it started about 1 hour AFTER that. we saw dark clouds, we felt sheets of rain, we heard the warnings to take cover for our own safety, but did we leave? NO! All the more proof of the loyalty of Auburn fans, especially the student section *.* to stand out in the rain cheering for an hour lol. When the game finally started this is what we saw!!! Enjoy!

oh yeah, the stats for the attendence: over 87,000..... 50,000 of us stayed put during the rain ;D

I was at this game. Jordan Hare was ROCKING! The students were NUTS! So many beach balls everywhere. The football team did not disappoint, either. That was a great win over a very good football team.

Auburn has a bright future ahead. It's great to be an Auburn Tiger! WDE!

I was there sitting in the rain for an hour then we saw auburn beat West Virginia final Auburn: 40 West Virginia: 31 I think

@beatbama10 haha..never had a chance? wasnt it 14-0 mountaineers like 5 minutes into the game... and later our qb went down. and we had to have a true freshman come in and play for the first time in college..not to mention wvu rushed for over double what auburn rushed for and passed for more that auburn.. this all being said. i loved being at jordan hare stadium. and auburn in general,the place was amazing and the people were even better. glad i made the trip even tho we came home with the loss.
