[TUTORIAL] Yamaha MM8 like a Sound Module ah ah ah !!

Enjoy to play Yamaha MM6/MM8 like a Sound Module!!!

Connect the MIDI OUT of a master (I used the M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61) to MIDI IN Yamaha MM8 magically happen a split bank and using the sounds of Yamaha selecting the sound you want, press dual button to have another sound; Then worked with the M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61 push buttons - and + and take a trip to the sounds of Yamaha split.

ON M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61:
*press ADVANCED
*press BANK LSB
*type with the keyboard reference number of the sound bank put in
column bank LSB (see manual MM6/MM8 voice list)
*press enter

Now with the data buttons on the + and - take the trip in the sounds ^_^

see this example:

if the preset number is 5 means that the display of M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61 the sound will be at number 4 because the M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61 starts from 0 (0-127)

we can see how you can be in two people playing two keyboards ^_^

Connettete il midi OUT di una master, io ho usato lM-AUDIO OXYGEN 61 al midi IN della Yamaha MM8 magicamente avverrà uno sdoppiamento del banco dei suoni della Yamaha e usando la Yamaha selezionatevi il suono che volete, spingete dual per avere un altro suono poi con lM-AUDIO OXYGEN 61, spingete i tasti data e + e fatevi un viaggetto per i suoni sdoppiati della yamaha.

(consultate il manuale dalla pagina 84 alla pagina 89)

guardate le colonna BANK LSB

i numeri sotto questa colonna rappresentano il numero del banco dove è associato il suono

M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61

premere il tasto ADVANCED

premere il tasto BANK LSB

digitare attraverso la tastiera il numero di riferimento del banco suoni posto nella colonna bank LSB

premere enter

esempio:

se il numero del preset è 5 vuol dire che nel display dell' M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61 il suono sarà al numero 4 perchè l' M-AUDIO OXYGEN 61 inizia da 0 (0-127)

adesso con i tasti data + e - fatevi il viaggetto nei suoni ^_^

si capisce bene che si può stare in 2 persone a suonare le due tastiere ^_^

there isn't vox continental, here is only one voice with 'vox': Vox Humana; it's on LSB 112 MSB 0, program change midi 1-128: number: "54"
