A Cintas plant worker talks about his past experiences with unions and why he feels a union is not needed in his Cintas uniform plant.
This Cintas employee worked his first job in a union shop when he was 16 years old. He felt that all the union did was "take money out [his] paycheck". He had no idea where the union dues went and never met anyone from the union that represented him.
He then goes on to talk about his opinion on how unions have affected other industries - the airline and auto industries. He feels that in those industries, the unions are not doing anything to help their people. "I think unions are pointless to be honest. Especially with this company" where there has been no history of layoffs.
