RL with Dave Stewart.
RL, a very great country blues man teaching D. Stewart how to tune and play that art.
And Stewart posing like an idio*.
You can see the contrast of the poor and the rich and the things he had to stand to "try" to make it in music business.
God bless R.L. Burnside , Junior Kimbrough, and the recently passed, the very very sweet Jessie Mae Hemphill. I'll miss you Jessie Mae!!

  • 2:19... Soul Glo.

  • @MrUnknown07 Hey yall gave us Black Sabbath, and thats good enough for me. I'm actually blown away by some of the stuff that comes outta the UK. Iron maiden, zeppelin, all revolutionary for their time. However, we do have Dio and hendrix.

  • he was friendly with seasick stevie

  • @jram1980 Youve obviously never been to "Britain", though you clearly mean England. Piccadilly isnt a highway (plus theres more than one Piccadilly in England), we dont all sit and drink tea and eat crumpets, and we have a lot of poor areas. Get over yourself. These men inspired a whole movement in a completely other country, and continue to inspire new generations. Thats something to be proud about, not elitist.

  • very impressive standing with hands in pockets etc

  • It's definitely all R.L. I spent some time with him in the summers of both '91 & '92... he even asked me to drive his tour van. Great guy, great player!

  • Ain't no British Invasion gonna copy this and do it justice. Ain't no tea and crumpet man gonna fuck with moonshine and grits. That's what generations of pain and poor will give you, hard music that'll make you want to rejoice and sing. Picadilly ain't the highway cross between 49 and 61, this is America's music... black blues man is the prodigal son.

  • bass player ? its all played on one guitar .

  • @dharmashooter - there's no bass player. Just him.
