That's awesome to experience nature up close and personal. I wish we all could experience such moments.

Thank goodness she didn't think you were a threat to her calf it would have been a bad day at blackrock for sure. I fell asleep under a tree hunting one time and was awakened by a whitetail fawn smelling my nose. It stayed there for maybe 30 seconds and then it and mom moved on off.

I like this video. It's nice to see other hunters that won't shoot the first thing they see regardless of what they are there to hunt. I know how I feel when I see a doe walking towards me, and I'm always thinking ... please don't smell me, please don't smell me.
In this case I think I would be saying ... dear god, please don't let this thing see me and stomp me. I'm curious though, how bad did you want to jump up and yell BOO!!!
