Im subscribed. Im interested to see how this develops. Have you done any research about "aquaponics" as a means of filtration? I don't know what climate you are in, but in the southern United States, we are using gravel "growbeds" to filter fish waste in what can be called a symbiotic RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System). The "growbeds" utilize flood and drain systems which effectively breed beneficial bacteria and when vegetables are planted they will remove the nitrates.

Mike, I have done research on aquaponic. the waterfall in the video will grow a green algae and will consume nitrogen. Also at the end of the clarifyer the 4 inch return piping has several hydroponic plant sites. We are ready for warm weather here in Eastern North Carolina so stocking operations can take place. I do have Tilapia in indoor tanks and I may be able to produce enough fingerlings to supply my farm. Thanks for your interest.
