  • Oh hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got great Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • This could be apply on tiny people like you!!! Fat people could not do any of the exersises you point.

  • @kakamatyi2 this workout will also build muscles as u increase the weight of the dumbell and rest for maybe 30-40 secs between each exercise. to keep your heart rate from going through the roof.

  • FYI... The pushup with a pull is called a renegade row.

    My point was I dont want to lose muscle and fat I just want to get rid of the fat and maintain most of the muscles I already built up. Otherwise you sabotage your own hard gained muscles, the hard work and the time you put in it.

    I don't really understand what is your point he is an ectomorph and he'll never get fat, because in this case this video "Best Fat Loss Workout" would be a video of "how to increase your metabolism to lose fat" and not a workout video.

  • @kakamatyi2 Ever heard of someone being an "Ectomorph"? That's probably what he is. Means he has a really high metabolism and so he'll really never get fat, but if he wants muscle he has to be in the gym like 24/7. I don't know all the facts about this topic but i know that there are three types. Ectomorphs are skinny, Mesomorphs put on muscle super easy but usually can have a bit more fat than ectomorphs, and Endomorphs, put on fat super easy

  • He is definitely slim with probably low bodyfat but hey where are the muscles?

  • and if that guy is 6 feet even, he looks to be about 155 pounds
