i see you noticed adding oil interfers with the stain, does adding oil also interfer with the conditioning/thickening effects of henna?

If you want to oil your hair, we recommend you do it between henna applications.

The quality of the henna is the key. Use "body art quality" henna for the best results. You'll also hear it referred to as "BAQ henna."

We don't have her results on video, but if you go to hennaforhair-dot-com, and click the "mixes" link on the top border of the page, you can find lots of pictures, including "before and after" of people who've used henna on their hair.
