@Slay318 Thats the old consensus really, a trend has been moving for a while that many of these indie/rock bands have guitarists with their guitars up to their chest. To me, although it makes little difference musically, it looks maybe a little bit more classic and musicianly. Vintage one might say. John Lennon held his guitar so high sometimes that it was in the was of his arm. I also play music, not professionally, but I do the occasional live show sometimes.
