Just to be clear, the two men on top of the kid on the ground are Winco security officers. And 4:13 is a pretty fast response time for police. Maybe if whoever filmed this had used their phone to call the police instead of filming the incident, they could have gotten there even faster. Just a thought.

I worked at winco I busted 4 kids stealing and one was in the army he got big time busted trying to steal 6 -24 packs of beer, he got away but they have cameras and he came in with police the next day hung over from the party they had.
