  • This bandage should go from toe to knee as all bandages should go joint to joint and not just finish above the ankle. This could cause swelling above where the bandage finishes. poor example!

  • @Lynzi2002uk as long as the tension is tighter distally more than proximally, wouldn't it increase circulation in the venous system? Actually getting rid of edema? Im not being a dick, I'm just confused as to what you are saying.

  • correct me if im wrong. It looks like a double figure 8 wrap. instead of laying it down distal to proximal, it looks like she is wrapping both proximal and distal and putting ALOT of wrapping around the center of the foot?

  • @Lynzi2002uk I have never seen a foot or ankle injury wrapped to the knee.

  • @octobergal when i fractured my arm it actually didnt work as much as when i sprained my knee because it was pretty much numb

  • @insomia1925 hi, i just experienced my first sprain of my life. yes, it is painful. very painful, but its less painful than a fracture, though ive not experienced a fracture yet...
