  • I love your playing Saskia do you ever tour in the United States ? Thank you for daring to be different your music is a joy to listen to.

  • Awesome music! Thank you, Saskia!

  • @UrukEngineer yes we have pipebands in austria, most of them are only a few years old, I´m pipemajor of the Hellmountain Pipeband, we´re from Upper Austria and only exist since 2 1/2 years, most of them started as beginners, but now we are playing gigs.... mainly traditional of course. but you´re right, when I started I wasn´t under the pressure of the very traditional narrowminded pipers, so I took fingering serious and played what I wanted to play!

  • @saskiakonz I am a piper in the Reading Scottish Pipe Band. We just play traditional music. I guess there are few (none?) pipe bands in Austria, so you have had to find your own rock-music style of play. It is really cool. Please get martinvongoisern to post a video of Rising with My Son. Danke schone.

  • @UrukEngineer thanks, that´s an own composition, same as Xaver´s lullaby in this video, so it makes me proud that you like especially that one!

  • @saskiakonz Saskia, I have already visited your website - I really like "Rising with My Son" - great tune. Why not post a video?

  • @UrukEngineer thank you! have a look at my website: dudelsack.cc or search for saskia konz in facebook

  • @GaelicDrummer1 . thank you Perry!

  • Beautiful heart-stirring music. Love to hear you play.

    Cheers, Perry in Pensacola

  • Great piping. It is a pity you can't actually see the piper.
