This video depicts the near fatal accident of the El Dorado County Office of Education's, former employee Cecilie Walton. While driving in the eastbound lane of Hwy 50 an out of control vehicle crossed the center divide and struck Cecilie head on. The impacted of the accident critically injured and entrapped her in the vehicle. Fire Fighters struggled for over 30 minutes to extricate her.
During the first moments after the accident an unknown stranger ran up and climbed into Cecilie's van and stayed by her side calming her while the fire department worked to freed her. To this day we don't know the identity of the stranger. The video is dedicated to his kind actions towards Cecilie.
