This series is wonderful. One disagreement..says God won't move until children turn back to patriarchy. God is sovereign and will do as His will and will move when He wants. You'll be with Him or against Him. He has stayed all judgements, the time is now with or w/o repentance of the world.

I don't think he was implying that God is incapacitated by man, but that the criteria He establishes must be present before He moves.

I believe he is referring to Malachi 4:6. The children's hearts turning back to the fathers is the qualification that God - in His Sovereignty - has set forth. God has determined that patriarchy is a requirement for His blessings, which is His right as God. 

I believe that is what was meant.

I agree with your comment. And I believe what the minister said about those blemished sacrifices. What a wonderful way to bring malachai into today's church condition. very clever. i just see the restoring of children of fathers as a condition to His returning in those verses. can you help me understand that clearer or in another example?

Yes, I agree it is a condition. I think that is what the pastor is saying.  If God gives a condition, decree, standard, requirement...then it holds firm just as everything else He commands.

In other words, God is bound by nothing other than what He chooses to decree.

This is so true, their's no man around. They all want to be gay and mess. No real men now days because they all want to be on the down low. I am so sick of this mess.

I bet the men would say there are no real women around either. Sin is no discriminator. It perverts all whom it enters.

We must turn our whole hearts to the truth and foundation of God's word and be changed...men and women. Faith in Christ gives us a new birth whereby we can be made "normal".

There is a lot of the world in what calls itself the church, and the reason why is this perversion at the root of the heart of man.
