Actually jlamour is right. It was technically the first pipe organ to be able to play simultaneous notes. It was copied from the Pan flute but used water instead of air.

Its kind of like a flute and kind of like a pipe organ but it runs on water rather than air. Search "hydraulophone" or "H2Organ"...

No. It was invented about 25 years ago, and worked on with due diligence. A number of patents been filed by FUNtain (the company that makes them) in various countries, and no prior art's been found. If you know of prior art, please post or email or send message ...
It certainly could have been built 2000 years ago but wasn't. (could have built pressurized water, high pipe fed by aquaduct, to build up water pressure in a pipe...)
