European gendarmerie/police forces seek common ground.

In a little town in France, 300 policemen from 17 European police forces gathered to train together and confront working methods. The goal: coming as close as possible to a common force able to intervene in cross-border crises.

All this European police forces met in the gendarmerie training center (CNEFG) of Saint-Astier (south-western of France) in november 2008.

The CNEFG (Centre National dEntraînement des
Forces de Gendarmerie, based in Saint-Astier, France)
has set up an urban environment for training the gendarmerie (french para-military force)
force in urban guerilla tactics. This ambitious stage
set is a highly significant example of a certain way of
superimposing fiction on reality by imitating that reality
as closely as possible: the Gendarmes are confronted with
a real problem - urban violence - which they learn to
deal with in a fictional site.

This evening in Berlin,people from all over Germany will be demonstrating against this disgusting treaty. We will be making our voices heard and showing that we support the still free people of Ireland !

The Lisbon treaty is self-amending so it could be Ireland's last vote and Germany's last demonstration. Don't let this happen,vote NO for all our children's sake !
