Considering Cameron's departure, the lyrics fit my depressed mood about the show. Guess love IS impossible. Amazingly, after setting this relationship up for 2+ years, with their great chemistry & getting us hooked on them, TPTB somehow thought it would be a good idea to screw over a huge chunk of their fans. Like all the other House fans I know (who, unlike me, dont care about any ship) I can now stop watching the show. I still adore Hugh, but have come to detest almost every other character.

A lot of the songs on the "Songs From The West Coast" album seem to describe what he's going through. I think the song "Mansfield" seems to speak from his point of view his one-night stand with Cuddy.

Great song! I think it'd be cool to redo it with some of the newer scenes (like throw in the kissing scene at the "I'm ready for the rougher stuff" part of the song.) Very awesome!!
