I believe there are 3 types of homeless. (1) Mentaly ill. Dont want help.(2)Situationally homeless i.e. job loss etc. and (3) the least of these but the most seen The Drugy, slasher convict of whom does not give a damn about anything including themselves. signs, and panhandlers with no remorse, self pride or care.
