John, I respectfully disagree with the 2nd version (the standing ab wheel rollout). You are rounding your back significantly throughout 75% of the ROM. And if that wheel starts to take off on you, you are risking a huge strain of your erector spinae. I think the ANTI-ROTATION/ANTI-FLEXION basis that make the ab wheel so successful are negated by the fact that you seriously rounding your back.

i thought my abs are strong but now i feel like a puss this thing is hard

Hey. Is there a way to do an easier variation of this move. I am too weak to to extend myself completely and push myself back up. Thanks!

he said 'I'm gonna roll myself back up", as if he erred and was making a graceful exit.

can you answer me why when i doing the ab wheel, my upper back will be soar either my upper torso?

@inspiredjourneyfit Yeh, I know they're all joined but i'm talking about the very top bit of the abdominals. The ones just bellow your chest
Does this get your upper most abs?

@AartyMc Thanks for the question. You will feel this more in the upper part of your rectus abdominis. But, the terms upper abs and lower abs are used quite freqently but they're misnomer. It's just one muscle that runs vertically through the body rather than two muscles as those terms suggest.
