@dollybeth, it was "Baker Street Babylon: the bizarre afterlife of Sherlock Holmes" (26th December 2005). It was not all about Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. All the episodes with them I cut and made this clip.

Peter Cook's sudden outburst at the beginning cracked me up! I'm a big fan of Cook & Moore as well. I've been collecting many of their sketches on DVD :)
