How do you get the best video quality possible on YouTube? We have exported the same video clip using a variety of settings to see what works best.This is QuickTime H.264, 640x480

QuickTime H.264 is better than WMV9 and FLV8 (On2 VP6).

Looks as good as anything I've seen on YouTube. I'm sold. And YouTube has changed their reccomendation from 320x240 to 640x480 so that makes sense.
