This is a day by day progress of my 10 day Juice Fast.
I only drank vegetable and fruit juices. I kept doing CrossFit.
Some of my favorite juices:
-Cucumber and apple
-Beet, carrots and oranges.
-Spinach, tangerines (celeri)

@ciarabow Thank you for checking the video out. I tried to do it as short as possible, but I wanted to tape the entire experience just in case people wanted to know before they started. 3 of my friends did it after me and 1 of them is going with the 60 days fast!!!

@hypnos4hire That's awesome. Like I said on the video, a lot of people told me it was not a good idea to crossfit and juice fast and I asked them, did you do it? ALL of them said NO, so I told them, I will do it and then will talk from experience.

nice job man, I just finished a 7 day crossfit juice fast. did 5 days of WODs and one yoga day. I felt really good too. Just goes to show you it is doable. I blogged about it.

@msivonne223 You won't regret it. Even now I'm still drinking 2 or 3 juices per day because my body asks for them. Good luck to you!
