Sirius Satellite Radio SCV1

SIRIUS Satellite Radio launches the first satellite radio tuner that can receive SIRIUS Backseat TV(TM). The SCV1 satellite radio tuner delivers three channels of programming from the world's most trusted brands in family entertainment -- Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network. The SCV1 comes packaged with the main audio/video tuner, wired display Controller (DCU), audio and video remote controls, dual magnetic vehicle antennas, remote control eye, audio and audio video cables, FM antenna interface (FMDA) and miscellaneous installation hardware. For more advanced applications, the SCV1 is also designed to interface with Sirius-Ready headunits (special adapter may be required). This application allows the aftermarket headunit to control and output the SIRIUS audio entertainment while the rear seat passengers use the included video remote to control the SIRIUS Backseat TV content. Designed to work in any car with an FM radio and a rear seat video monitor, the SCV1 includes a wired controller to operate the audio and video functions. (Whipnotic 3/08/08)

You don't think the music channels sound bad? If they would get rid of back shit tv, which I never see advertisements for anymore, so much more bandwidth could be used for music. Don't your kids have portable dvd players and mp3 players to keep them busy?

Not sure what bbb63 is talking about but he must not have kids. We have 6 radio units in our family and the TV was a great addition plus the extra radio we gave to a friend for a birthday gift!! Love it love it love it and we are in the U.S.V.I !!!

Sirius needs to get rid of this. Very few people have back shit tv. It does nothing but use precious bandwith that could be used to make the music channels sound better.
