Oakland prior to 1950s I was told was a beautiful city. Old victorians. Weather is considered the most tempered climate on the planet (meaning it's nearly 70 degrees a day year round). Beautiful themed parks with trains and children attractions. Then Hitler rolled in on Poland and France and the Japanese attacked the US in Pearl Harbor. all police aren't bad, but we know there is a lot a police that are bad.......the reason why there is a lot of them is becuase the fundation isn't riting, so we change the fundation of hiring police officers, I think the community should be involved on hiring police officer not old raciest people the higher office that are doing bad job serve the people.
