I know real, tangible Muslims, they have far tougher skin than a lot of people I know. "Radical Islam" is just a generic idea that all Muslims want to bomb city centers and shops and the entire faith revolves around terrorism - this is perfect, it's exactly what you're expected to believe because God forbid you ever meet these people and form your own opinion about them, that's not good for business.
