Yeah, it would create short term jobs in construction... then what maybe 500 jobs opperating the railway. but lets be honest, no one would have used it anyway. yeah, you can ride a train from milwaukee to madison... now what? you need to rent a car,get a cab, or get a buss to go everywhere. Thats expensive and to think that people would do that everyday is foolish

You can't get pissed off that you dont get your way.and want to recall someone. What if everyone did that? There would be an election almost every year for that position. The governor recall is going to cost $9 million alone. That's just wasteful. If you want to vote someone out, wait till their term is up.
