Lupe Fiasco with Jill Scott live on Letterman Show performing "Daydream." Although I would like to say that I ripped it myself, that would be a lie. Thank jose3030 for this video.

  • IMPORTANT! : in the 2nd verse (starts with "so come on everybody lets make cocaine cool") lupe is using satire and making fun of all his contemporary rappers. he does not mean it himself.

thumbs up so people see this.

  • he's not the next 2pac...he's Lupe

  • IMPORTANT: If you have half a brain and you listen to Lupe at all, you know the 2nd verse is sarcasm. If you have a full brain you know that the song is called "Daydreamin" and Lupe is actually daydreaming about being in a regular rap video where all of these things happen. He is mocking it, at how he would only be around all that stuff in a daydream. It's ridiculous. In my opinion, the first verse is much much better. What other rapper raps from the perspective of a giant robot's head?

  • Jill has such a powerful voice!!! Flawless performance!

  • @tennisdude2834 Pretty much the whole second verse is poking fun at other rappers. I love how he did that, while still sounding serious!

  • @MarryMeGirl41

hes better than pac for a start all pacs rhymes were easy and weak lupe is on a different level

  • Love that bitch:)

  • @tennisdude2834 the whole second verse is satire lol

  • Now that was a badd ass performance!!! Yes!!

  • Fantastico..... Wallace Collection é eterno!!!

  • @Shadownet90 they are actually prescriptions, no lie. He didn't want corny regular glasses, so he got those
