Btw zip file size is exactly 85,927,896 bytes. Compare to your size. If it's not same, most probably your download crashed.
And which error you see in after effects when you try to open project?

@djolepiv My size of the .zip file is 85.927.896 byte.
And my after effects shows: After Effects Fehler: Die Datei 'Boxes_render.mov' kann nicht importiert werden: Datei ".mov" ist entweder beschädigt oder wird nicht unterstützt. :/ its in German because im from Germany

@TheLeonstyler if that mean that mov file is corrupted or not supported - than you most probably dont have quick time player installed, so install it.
If that mean that mov file is missing, you are most probably started project from winzip (or winrar or other archiever), in that case unpack zip file, and than open project.
I think that you dont have quicktime.
