Here in the Detroit area, where the murder rate is consistantly in the top five, and has been named the murder capital of the world for children under 18, there is a serious problem in this region. I did not know about people's guns getting taken away during these crises, and find this viewpoint extremely interesting.

My video was a response to others asking what we as individuals can do to stop this from happening in their communities.

People who act as children should be treated as such. "gangbangers" are nothing new. There's the KKK the Black Panthers, Outlaw Bikers, Street Gangs. They have also NEVER solved ANY problem. But Gun are not the problem. Misguided people are.

Forcing me to register a gun is a violation of my constitutional rights. Our government, federal and states, repeatedly oversteps their bounds, whether it is through assault rifle bans, registering gun owners, the PATRIOT Act, the Homeland Security Department, datamining, illegal oil wars...

Our government is too large in size and scope. Our founding fathers intended for this nation to never fall into that trap. Business interests and power-hungry bureacrats had to have their way...

my only discretion is where you say "Americans have the right to bear arms".... I would say "Everyone has the right to bear arms worldwide unless they have proven they are not stable enough to do so"

Are law-abiding citizens still law-abiding citizens if there is no law saying that firearms can legally be confiscated, but they give it to someone who is not legally entitled to receive it?

The 2nd amendment says the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. One who infringes upon my right is a criminal. I don't think we can give guns to the government if they are illegally stealing them, because they are criminals for trying to take it.

if you didn't register your/their firearms they wouldn't know who to confiscate them from XD. legal or illegal; the 2nd amendment is the only permit anyone needs; that right shall not be infringed. gangsters and gun smugglers have military grade full auto assault rifles and they want to confiscate the guns of law abiding.... . .
