CHIBA, JAPAN - Fujitsu's new cell phone might have users seeing double. The prototype handset has been developed with an eye to future LTE cellular. These high-speed networks, which run at several times the speed of today's 3G, are expected to promote the roll-out of services that store data online, in the so-called cloud.

  • oh yay, now i can watch 2 movies at once.... (*sarcasm*)

  • i could actually understand the asian guy

  • Why would you go with two portrait screens? That makes no sense in a mobile solution.

  • Echo is better

  • Amazing

  • Ugly.

  • There is nothing that a dual-screen can but which a one-screen cannot do.

    This is redundant.

  • nice... as far as i understood, the 2 displays mean 2 different work spaces - the cloud (aka internet space) and the local (aka the phone memory). This gives you the possibility to upload and download data via a graphic mode. For the rest of phone's apps the 2 displays come just in handy. So iPhone has nothing to relate with this phone since it has a more traditional user experience. But in my opinion, this phone gives us a glimpse of future user experience designs working with the "cloud".

  • @RoboTekno so 2 more screens would make it more innovative?
