I just love this song.Empire of The Sun is the only band that I listen to with this kind of music,usually I listen to indie bands.

@zulu69err Many Americans don't have narrow minds, just the ones who fell into step with society. If the rest of the world was as trend-run as America, it would appear just as bland. There's great stuff pretty much everywhere though, if you look.

This group has a unique sound but yes very much influenced by the disco and 80 eras. However, they managed to create somewhat of an authentic sound. I purchased their album on ITunes and really love it. They dont' cut corners on music video projection either. I hope they make it big in the US. But the average music listen in the US might not get /understand them. Most American's hate what they don't understand instead of being open.
