In this example from the Project Geppetto technology preview, a dense crowd of pedestrians walk down a wide path that resembles the dimensions of a hall in a convention center. The idle pedestrians are painted to stand in a rectangular area to one side. Note that the faster pedestrians in the crowd frequently pass around the slower ones, planning their paths so as to not break stride unless absolutely necessary.Using Geppetto's intuitive interface, crowd scenes may be designed in minutes and simulated at real-time rates. This rapid design cycle provides a fluid work-flow that encourages creative experimentation. See more about Project Geppetto at http://labs.autodesk.com/utilities/geppetto/
