...but that's all thanks to the weird Saturn's chip architecture.

Despite the awful, awful graphics, it's still extremely fun to play and Sega didn't port it to any system other than PC. Also, this game is the best in the series.
You'd think with the PC port they could've done a quick $20 budget Win CE port on Dreamcast, but they didn't.
