:)
If you have any questions let me know :)
I used some soft tofu, to cook this kind of ratatouille, that goes very well with rice. It's very spicy, easy to do and cheap.
Please feel free to try it yourself! ~

  • well right now it is 11 o clock at night and I don't think I can stand my diet anymore!! :)) it looks YUMMY!

  • @mrmozio oh i'm sorry that it's going against your diet :p

but you know tofu is recommended for diet! you could perhaps do that without the rice and skip the sugar as well ! :)

  • Hi Emy! I love that you made a cooking video! I enjoyed it. =)

I've never had tofu before. It's looks like a combination of jello and butter. haha I heard that it doesn't really have much of a flavor and that it taste like whatever you cook it with.

  • @ThoseAreRainboots you are absolutely right. It doesn't taste anything special, so it's up to you to cook it :)

  • I love raw yellow and orange peppers :) I don't like them cooked as much though...

  • When I was living in France, it was so hard to find tofu! Especially firm tofu for stir fry's :(

  • That is called a red pepper! The green and yellow ones are peppers too, but they taste different. And I am also a vegetarian. This looks so yummy!
