I like the idea of how the worlds toxins have mutated some humans beyond hope. That is increasingly no longer a theme of science-fiction, but a growing reality! Pretty Cool! Just in the opening with the titles, leave them up a little bit longer. Also "The Dark Shadow" title should pop more wether you add a sound effect or more design and eye candy to the title itself.
