I do remember these commercials from years ago. It used to tick us Canadians off that Bea (American) was doing commercials for Shopper's Drug Mart (Canadian company) ... why not get a Canadian to do them? Bea didn't need the money or publicity, that is for sure.

Well if you remember, Dorothy was not a very good actress in the pizza commercial she tried to do with her mother...

@JohnSposato2 well golden girls was well liked in many countrys, theres a premium (i think)channel that still shows the golden girls in canada a couple times a day, oddly enough shoppers doesnt do tv ads anymore,
